Overview of the course
In this interactive group, we will look at how worry and anxiety can keep us in a vicious cycle and explore how our thoughts influence our actions and how our actions shape our feelings. Through practical tools, guided exercises based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and supportive discussion, you will learn how to break that vicious cycle, understand your worry and anxiety more clearly, and build skills to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control.
